New 90,000ft2 retail store built in 2 phases.
Phase 1 involved demolition of an existing reinforced concrete car park with access bridges and walkways and construction of a 45,000m2 retail store along with a 950 space car park with associated perimeter retaining walls.
Phase 2 involved demolition of the existing store and construction of a 45,000m2 extension to the Phase 1 store with new pedestrian linkage to the existing shopping centre.
Main Contractor was HBG Construction.
Within a partnering agreement, we provided a full civil and structural engineering service to the client.
