New 45,000ft2 retail store with 408 space car park.
The structure was designed as a three span propped portal using the latest 3D computer software.
The feature rotunda entrance was unique to this project and was challenging to analyse, design and detail.
Through partnering, we provided a full civil and structural service to the client.
